ONE PIECE FILM STRONG WORLD Special Trump Cards

ONE PIECE FILM STRONG WORLD Special Trump Cards
(Bonus insert for the DVD/Blu-ray Complete First-Press Limited Edition)

These are the exclusive non-sale playing cards included only with the purchase of the 『ONE PIECE FILM STRONG WORLD』 DVD/Blu-ray 10th Anniversary LIMITED EDITION, released on August 27, 2010.

Japanese name: ストロングワールド特製トランプ

Basic Information

• Release date: August 27, 2010
• Availability: Exclusive bonus for buyers of the 『ONE PIECE FILM STRONG WORLD』 DVD/Blu-ray 10th Anniversary LIMITED EDITION (Complete First-Press Limited Edition)
• Original set price: Approximately 6,825 yen (DVD + bonuses)

The limited-edition home video sold over 180,000 copies in its first week alone, resulting in a very large production run. As a result, the cards remain readily available on the second-hand market today and typically trade for 1,000–1,500 yen as a standalone set.

Rarity & Market Value

• Rarity: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
• Acquisition difficulty: Lowest
• Value trend: Completely negative premium

Even though these are non-sale items more than 15 years old, the high production volume and relatively weak demand have caused their value to decline rather than rise.

This is a classic example of a promotional item with limited collectible appeal.

Card Composition & Illustration Style

The majority of the cards feature original animals from the film, giving the deck a strong “animal paradise” feel.
Only a small number of Straw Hat Pirates appear.

The illustrations of the heroines (Nami, Robin, etc.) look relatively low-quality and somewhat hastily drawn.

Even the Jokers (Golden Lion Shiki + Dr. Indigo) do not strongly spark collecting desire.

The Thousand Sunny appears as a single spare card.
