Buy one sealed pack for the Koji Sohei promo set; skip bulk or “investment” listings. Official entry was ¥600, and the aftermarket is now a common promo pack, not a chase box.
For you if
You collect Whitebeard / Ace / Luffy promos, want the metallic-foil ONE PIECE Gakuen art as a three-card set, or missed the Saikyo Jump application.
Not for you if
You expected a booster lottery, OP-02 頂上決戦 singles, or a scarce print that still trades near early August asks.
