Quick Verdict
Toei Animation’s official store has listed two new One Piece birthday goods for December 2026: the HBD Retro Pop Hologram Plate & Sticker Sets for Tony Tony Chopper (December 24) and Gol D. Roger (December 31). Each set pairs a sparkling hologram plate with a vintage-style sticker, both sized to fit inside a smartphone case. The price is 1,320 yen including tax, with release scheduled for December 1, 2026. Reservations placed by October 11 are guaranteed; after that, orders close once the production cap is reached.
What’s in the Set
Each set contains two items. The hologram plate measures W54mm × H86mm, roughly the size of a credit card, and is made of PET with a shimmering holographic finish. The sticker uses a vintage-inspired design, measures approximately W60mm × H80mm or smaller (dimensions vary by character), and is made of PET and paper. Both items are designed to be carried inside a smartphone case. The product is made in Japan.
The Birthday Concept
HBD stands for Happy Birthday. This series celebrates One Piece characters’ birthdays with goods tied to their birth dates: December 24 for Tony Tony Chopper (トニートニー・チョッパー) and December 31 for Gol D. Roger (ゴール・D・ロジャー). The design language is “retro pop” with a nostalgic feel, matching the birthday-celebration theme.
Price and Release Date
Both sets are priced at 1,320 yen including tax. The scheduled release date is December 1, 2026. They are sold through the Toei Animation Official Store, which ships within Japan.
Reservation Deadline
Orders placed by Sunday, October 11 are guaranteed fulfillment. After that date, reservations remain open only until the production limit is reached, at which point ordering closes. Anyone set on getting these should reserve before the deadline rather than waiting for the release date.
The Rest of the Series
The same HBD Retro Pop birthday lineup includes an acrylic stand (1,760 yen) and a can badge (715 yen) for each of the two characters, all sharing the retro pop design concept. Collectors following the series can pick up the full birthday set across all three product types.
