Helluva Boss Movic Kimono Acrylic Keyholders Review – Was Buying Only 2 of 11 a Mistake?

Quick Verdict

Movic’s Helluva Boss kimono (和服) acrylic keyholders (ヘルヴァ・ボス): 11 designs at 880 yen each. I bought two — Verosika and Queen Bee — and I’m already wondering if stopping at two was a mistake. Each character gets a background color matched to their design, and the full set of eleven would look spectacular together. At 14,000 won each in Korea, though, the full set runs 154,000 won.

Why Only Two of Eleven?

Same pairing as the stickers — Verosika, my favorite, plus Queen Bee so she wouldn’t be alone. The full backstory is in the sticker review linked above. The math killed the full set: eleven types at the Korean retail of 14,000 won each comes to 154,000 won, too much to justify in one go. So two it was — and the regret arrived on schedule.

What’s the Full Lineup?

Blitz, Stolas, Moxxie, Millie, Loona, Fizzarolli, Ozzie, Octavia, Striker, Queen Bee, and Verosika — all in full-body kimono illustrations on rectangular acrylic plates, each with its own background color.

Blitz stands against red, Stolas against purple, Moxxie poses with his fan on red, Millie on pink, Loona on black, Fizzarolli on blue, Ozzie on blue, Octavia on red, Striker on red, Queen Bee on orange, and Verosika on pink-red. Every plate shares the same design language: the full-body illustration centered on the rectangle, dark smoke-like cloud motifs curling along the top and bottom edges, and the copyright line along the bottom. The background colors are matched to each character remarkably well — Queen Bee’s orange sets off her green kimono, Verosika’s pink-red frames her black kimono and pink ribbon. This color matching is the lineup’s quiet strength, and it’s what makes the full set tempting. The official image carries a SAMPLE watermark.

What Do the Two I Own Look Like?

Rectangular acrylic plates printed with the full-body kimono artwork, “TM and © SpindleHorse” along the bottom, hanging from a standard lobster clasp on a short chain with a split ring — sturdy enough for daily bag use. Verosika’s plate shows her black kimono with white flowers and the pink ribbon on her head, set against the pink-red background. Queen Bee’s plate shows her green kimono with white flowers and the yellow tassel hair accessory against orange.

The package front carries アクリルキーホルダー, the HELLUVA BOSS logo, and the character name in Japanese. The header band color matches each character’s background — pink-red for Verosika, gold-ochre for Queen Bee. The back lists ヘルヴァ・ボス アクリルキーホルダー <ヴェロシカ 和服> / <クイーン・ビー 和服>, a note that fine scratches from manufacturing are possible and not eligible for exchange, a reminder to read the enclosed instructions, the SPINDLEHORSE logo, 880 yen tax included, movic, MADE IN JAPAN, ages 15+, acrylic body. JANs: Verosika 4550621614279, Queen Bee 4550621614262. Two keyholders total 1,760 yen (28,000 won in Korea).

These keyholders belong to movic’s larger Helluva Boss kimono series — the mini character sticker review is linked here, with acrylic stands and the neck strap to follow. The keyholders and stands share the full-body kimono artwork; the stickers use the chibi “mini” versions.

Should You Buy the Full Set?

If you’re a completionist, yes. The per-character background colors are so well matched that the full eleven would make a satisfying display — or a bag full of keyholders you’d enjoy seeing every day. Eleven on one bag is a lot, but as a set the matched backgrounds would look deliberate rather than random. That was the deciding thought: hung on a bag, these would deliver a small hit of satisfaction every time you look down.

I don’t regret Verosika herself; the regret is only about not buying more. Verosika remains the one I’d never skip. The mistake, if any, was stopping at two.
