Quick Verdict
A One Piece deck where the Straw Hat crew is the minority. The Strong World special trump was a bonus packed inside the 2010 first-press limited DVD/Blu-ray edition — never sold on its own. Most of the cards are the film’s original animals, the heroines’ art looks hastily drawn, and even the jokers (Shiki and Dr. Indigo) don’t spark much excitement. Overall: honestly disappointing.
What Is It?
The ストロングワールド特製トランプ (Strong World Special Trump), included with the 『ONE PIECE FILM STRONG WORLD』 DVD/Blu-ray 10th Anniversary LIMITED EDITION, released August 27, 2010. The cards were a pack-in bonus for that complete first-press limited edition — the deck itself was never sold separately. The limited set retailed at about ¥6,825 with the discs and bonuses together.
The Composition: Mostly Animals
The majority of the deck is the film’s original animals and creatures — an animal paradise. The Straw Hat Pirates appear on only a small number of cards. The card backs carry the STRONG WORLD logo design.
The Jokers and the Spare Card
Both jokers go to the film’s villains: Golden Lion Shiki and Dr. Indigo. The Thousand Sunny appears on a single spare card.
The Heroines
Nami is the queen of diamonds and Robin is the jack of diamonds. The placements are fine — the art is the problem. The heroines’ illustrations look hastily drawn, and the quality lets the deck down.
