Code Geass Lost Stories Trading Illustration Cards Review – Heroines I Didn’t Recognize in a Series I Thought I Knew

Quick Verdict

Nineteen cards of swimsuit still illustrations from the Lost Stories game — and despite having watched the whole Code Geass series, I did not recognize every heroine in the set. Only four cards feature the male leads; the rest is heroines drawn from the anime, Akito the Exiled, Oz the Reflection, and the game’s own original cast.

What is this set?

The Trading Illustration Card set for Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion – Lost Stories, released under AMNIBUS, the goods brand of arma bianca. Each card reproduces a still illustration from the game at roughly 80 × 50 mm, printed on paper. Pre-orders opened on June 26, 2026, with shipping from October into November — which is why this summer set reached me after summer had already ended.

How did it arrive?

The shipping box felt oversized for what was inside — the actual product is a single plain white box. But the packaging explains it: the white box sat fixed in the center of a cardboard-and-wrap cocoon, so it arrived without a single rattle. Inside are 19 individual packs in shiny silver foil, each pack far larger than the 80 × 50 mm card it holds.

How many cards feature male characters?

Four cards out of nineteen feature male characters: Lelouch, Suzaku solo, Suzaku paired with Gino, and Mario. A small share — but the poses are strikingly sensual for official merchandise, so the four cards punch above their count.

Why didn’t I recognize everyone?

Because the set is built from the game, not the TV anime. Leila and Ayano come from Akito the Exiled; Oldrin and Sokina from Oz the Reflection; Benio Akagi is a Black Knight from the side-story manga White Knight, Crimson Yaksha, and Libra is an imperial who appears in the game’s original storyline. Fifteen of the nineteen cards are heroines, each in a different swimsuit and style — a set best opened when you are alone.

CLAMP only draws beautiful people. I am jealous — and at the same time, looking at them is pure joy.

Any complaints?

Only the timing. I pre-ordered it planning a summer post, and by the time the box arrived the weather had already turned cold. The season is gone; the lineup was too good to shelve until next year.

Summer is over, and the set still keeps pulling my eyes back to the desk.
