Quick Verdict
Toei Animation has announced three figures in the ONE PIECE POP STYLE SERIES, and the three do not go on sale the same way. Luffy gets a regular release on November 16, in store and online. Zoro and Sanji are online pre-orders only, with a window of just one week, from November 16 to November 23. All three are priced at ¥9,900 including tax.

What Is the POP STYLE Series?
The figures belong to the TOEI ANIMATION COLLECTION, Toei Animation’s own merchandise line. The product names are TOEI ANIMATION COLLECTION -POP STYLE SERIES LUFFY- and TOEI ANIMATION COLLECTION -POP STYLE SERIES ZORO/SANJI-, with the announcement covering the three characters together. What sets this release apart is the split in sales methods: one standard release and two pre-order-only figures in the same wave.
Luffy: In Store and Online on November 16
Luffy goes on sale on Monday, November 16, 2026 at ONE PIECE MUGIWARA STORE HARAJUKU. The Mugiwara Store online shop starts selling it the same day, from 13:00. The price is ¥9,900 including tax. The figure measures approximately 110 × 160 × 120 mm and is made of PVC and ABS. This is not its first appearance: the figure was first offered as an online pre-order in August and September for the Harajuku store’s second anniversary, and November 16 is its general release. If you only want Luffy, there is no pre-order to worry about this time, just the release date.

Zoro and Sanji: One Week of Online Pre-Orders Only
Zoro and Sanji are not sold in store. Both are pre-order items handled exclusively by the Mugiwara Store online shop. The pre-order period runs from around 13:00 on Monday, November 16, 2026 to 23:59 on Monday, November 23, 2026, which is a public holiday in Japan. Each figure costs ¥9,900 including tax. Miss that week and the announcement lists no other way to buy them.
What Is the Pre-Order Bonus?
Online pre-orders of Zoro and Sanji come with a hologram acrylic card featuring that character’s illustration from the POP STYLE SERIES. The card is given per figure, so one card for each figure ordered. The series has run this bonus before: Luffy’s earlier pre-order round in August and September came with a matching acrylic card of his own. The number of bonus cards is limited, and the offer ends once they run out. If the card matters to you, the pre-order is the part to watch.

What Has Not Been Announced Yet
The announcement does not give a shipping or release date for the Zoro and Sanji pre-orders, so when the two figures actually arrive is still unknown. Their product pages are not open yet either, so their specifications have not been published, and no per-person purchase limit was listed on the Luffy sales page. Those details will presumably appear on the Mugiwara Store online product pages once the pre-order opens on November 16.
The split is the whole story here: Luffy can simply be bought on release day, while Zoro and Sanji exist only inside a one-week pre-order window.
