Quick Verdict
Hanayama’s Huzzle series has sold over 30 million puzzles worldwide. Its newest release turns three One Piece scenes into metal 3D puzzles, and the trick is in the solving itself: taking each puzzle apart replays the scene, and putting it back completes the story. All three were released on October 31, 2026 at ¥3,630 each, tax included, for ages 15 and up.

Gum-Gum Fruit – Level 3
The scene where young Luffy eats the fruit. Remove a piece and the bite Luffy took out of the fruit appears. 2 pieces, zinc alloy, 50 × 60 × 50 mm.
Straw Hat – Level 5
The hat Shanks entrusted to Luffy, pierced by Buggy’s knife. The solve is pulling the knife and the arm back out of the hat. Zinc alloy, iron and copper, 60 × 78 × 60 mm.

Damned Punk – Level 6
Eustass Kid’s electromagnetic railgun, dismantled before it can fire. 9 pieces – the most ever used in a Huzzle puzzle – at the series’ highest difficulty. Zinc alloy, stainless steel and copper, 35 × 40 × 85 mm.

Package and Where to Buy
All three share the same package size, 115 × 150 × 60 mm, and are designed to double as display pieces once solved, with the weight and shine of metal. They are sold at toy stores, electronics retailers and online shops in Japan, plus the Hanayama Online Store, which ships internationally. No Korean retail listing was found as of November 2.
